Terms of Service

Resbetter sells one thing: a one-time, personalized interview prep pack generated from the resume you provide, for $19. It is a digital document — questions with cited sources, answer frameworks built from your experience, a 60-second walk-through script, red-flag handling, and a defensibility audit. You may download it and use it personally.

Payment is processed by Waffo (Waffo.com Limited), our merchant of record. By purchasing you agree to their terms. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Within about 15 minutes of payment we email you a licence key in a separate message from the Waffo receipt; you enter it on the tool page to unlock your documents. The key does not expire, so you can unlock again later if you lose the documents.

If the pack isn't what you needed, reply to the email containing your licence key within 14 days and we'll refund you — no argument. If something went wrong technically — a key that never arrived, a pack generated from the wrong resume — tell us and we'll fix it or refund, whichever you prefer.

This is interview preparation, not a guarantee. An interviewer's questions, outcomes, and hiring decisions are outside anyone's control, and we don't promise results. The answers are built from what you tell us; you are responsible for what you put on your resume and in your interview.

You confirm the resume you provide is yours. You retain all rights to it. We process it only to build your pack, as described in our privacy policy, and delete it within 24 hours.

Using the pack outside personal use — reselling it, redistributing it, or publishing it as your own product — submitting a resume that is not yours, sharing or brute-forcing licence keys, or scripting the free preview to get around its limits, breaks these terms. If that happens we may rate-limit you, invalidate the licence key, and stop serving you, without a refund for the part already delivered; serious or repeated abuse ends access permanently. Where a case is unclear we contact you at the email you bought with before doing anything, and you can reach us at support@resbetter.com to dispute it. You can stop using Resbetter whenever you like: there is no account to close and no subscription to cancel.

To the extent permitted by law, Resbetter is provided “as is” and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
