Files are read in your browser. Extracted text is sent to our API and an AI provider to prepare your review and rewrite; separate requests and retries may be needed. We do not save free-preview resume text. Paid documents use temporary 24-hour storage for delivery.

• The resume text you paste or upload. PDF, DOCX and TXT files are parsed in your browser — only the extracted text ever leaves your machine.
• The target role you optionally enter, used to focus the questions.
• Your IP address used only for rate limiting the free preview.
• Payment is handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. We never see your card details.

Your resume text and pack are stored in Cloudflare KV for up to 24 hours from when you start a purchase, then deleted automatically. Your licence key does not expire, so after that window you can paste your resume again and unlock a fresh pack. This is why the product works with no account: the key is all you need, and nothing about you is kept between runs.

• Cloudflare — hosting, the edge functions, and the temporary key-value store.
• Anthropic — the Claude model that reads your resume and writes the pack. Anthropic's API terms do not use your input to train their models, and we never use your resume for anything but your own pack.
• Waffo — payment processing and receipts.

That is the complete list. There are no analytics trackers, no fonts from third-party CDNs, no ad pixels — nothing you could not verify yourself in the network tab right now.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted before the 24-hour window expires. Email support@resbetter.com from the address you used at checkout and we answer within one business day. Deletion removes the resume text and the generated pack; because there are no accounts, nothing else about you remains. You can also ask for a copy of the data we hold, which is the resume text you submitted and the pack built from it.
